- Deliver medication to patients' homes daily
- Promptly observe insulin dosing and report as needed
- Assist patients in self-administering medications
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, safe, and organized
- Document and report patient condition changes

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
