Providence Care Centre is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join its Mobile Response Team (MRT) in Kingston, ON. The MRT provides direct care and supports older adults in long-term care, addressing responsive behaviours associated with dementia, delirium, and other neurological conditions.

The RPN will collaborate with MRT RNs and PSWs, assist with transitions, and model person-centred care while aligning with the Centre’s mission, values, and quality improvement efforts.
