This full-time Casa educator role involves planning a curriculum for small groups while ensuring safety and engagement during ferry commutes. Robust collaboration with a dedicated teaching team and clear communication with parents are crucial. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan educational activities for children 2 to 3 years old
- Supervise children during their ferry journey
- Maintain the required 8 to 1 educator-to-child ratio
- Work collaboratively with parents and staff
- Integrate Montessori and nature into daily learning

Requirements:

- RECE or MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma
- Understanding of Ministry of Education standards
- Standard First Aid level C certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check and immunization proof
- Prior experience in early childhood settings preferred
