In this position, you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Accounting and Operations, playing a key role in daily financial operations.

You will actively manage invoices, accounts payable, and help implement our recent ERP system while ensuring accuracy in financial processes. Be a valued member of our creative team and contribute to our innovative projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform project-based accounting across multiple companies
- Validate and prepare invoices for assigned projects
- Manage accounts payable and process payments
- Ensure accuracy in timesheet validation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile expenses

Requirements:

- DEP, DEC, or Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Great Plains and Deltek ERP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
