Your core responsibilities include the accurate and effective review of mortgage documentation to ensure strict adherence to Neo's guidelines and proactive communication with brokers to secure all outstanding items. This role is key to maintaining the efficiency of our underwriting team and serves as a vital safeguard for fraud mitigation.

Follow up with mortgage brokers for outstanding documents, ensuring each document is reviewed, complete and accurate Keep informed of Neo mortgage products/services, interest rates, lending guidelines and other pertinent information Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage fulfillment experience in the Canadian mortgage industry Project Manager:



You take ownership of anything that is assigned to you Ability to comprehend and assess documentation relating to mortgage down payment and borrower income confirmation Mindful awareness of fraud risk in the mortgage industry and the ability to address concerns relating to suspected misrepresentation when required Detailed knowledge of mortgage funding and quality assurance processes Relevant post-secondary degree and/or experience as a mortgage professional As individuals and as a team, we constantly challenge ourselves and each other to do our best work for our customers.
