- Perform timely maintenance on building assets
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks
- Investigate and troubleshoot outages in systems
- Manage contractor work and verify completions
- Follow Health and Safety procedures consistently

Requirements:

- Community College Certificate in Environmental Systems or equivalent
- Three years’ experience in building operations
- Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- CPO certification preferred for pool operations
