For more information, please visit our website at: The position currently available is for 12 hours shifts (morning shifts, from 5:00am to 5:00pm), 4 days on/3 days off switching with 3 days on/4 days off Sun-Wed/Sun-Tues schedule.

Operate the Muffin Mixer #2 and Dough pump. Keep Mixer and Scaling area clean. Follow the Formula book unless instructed by the shift supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities On All Shifts Report all equipment problems on Mechanical Defect sheet and to Supervisors. Clean all tools at beginning of shift and keep all tools in proper storage when not in use. Adhere strictly to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) outlined for working in a food processing plant.

Assist in general cleaning of machinery and plant facility as assigned when production is stopped. Hose down fast line muffin Mixer and dough pump area daily when not in use. Assist in emptying “recycle bins” when needed and always at the end of your shift.

In case of an evacuation, responsible for stopping the mixer and the dough pump. Report any product loss, time loss,



QA issues, or Mechanical problems to your shift supervisor immediately. Always check the dough before dumping it to the pump to ensure it is good quality.
