Multimedia & Creative Production Specialist

Location: Concord, ON (Onsite)

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 CAD

Reports To: Manager, Marketing Communications

About the Role

DCL International is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia & Creative Production Specialist to produce engaging visual content across digital, print, video, photography, social media, web, and 3D environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a multimedia generalist who excels at visual storytelling and can take projects from concept through final production.

The successful candidate will combine strong design expertise with hands-on content creation, helping bring marketing initiatives and brand communications to life.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Communications

- Create engaging marketing assets for digital, print, social media, presentations, advertising, and corporate communications.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and support business objectives.

Video Production & Photography

- Plan, capture, and edit professional video and photography content for marketing campaigns, events, recruitment, training, and corporate initiatives.
- Produce content optimized for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

3D Visualization & Creative Content

- Develop 3D models, renderings, animations, and visualizations that support marketing, sales, and business initiatives.
- Translate concepts, technical information, and project requirements into compelling visual experiences.

Project Management & Collaboration

- Manage multiple creative projects from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative solutions.

Qualifications

Required





- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Photography, Video Production, Animation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative services, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video production, photography, and multimedia capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Experience using professional photography and video equipment.
- Experience with at least one 3D platform such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or Unreal Engine.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Social media and digital advertising content creation.
- UI/Web design experience.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted creative tools.
- Drone photography/videography experience.
- Experience working within established corporate brand environments.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to travel up to 10%.
