Fleetway is seeking Naval Architect Engineers and Technologists at all stages of their careers to join our team. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, you'll have opportunities to develop your expertise while contributing to some of Canada's most significant marine and defence initiatives. As a Naval Architect Engineer or Technologist at Fleetway, you'll contribute to the engineering and technical services that support the sustainment, modernization, and future development of Canada's naval fleet.

Working alongside experienced naval experts, you'll apply your knowledge of ship design, structures, systems, and maintenance engineering to solve complex technical challenges and deliver solutions that support mission readiness and long-term fleet capability. From supporting the maintenance and modernization of existing vessels to contributing to next-generation ship programs, you'll work in a collaborative and flexible environment that encourages continuous learning, technical excellence, and career growth.
