Role Description

- nCino Developer with DevOps (Copado)
- Build and manage CICD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce and nCino.
- Automate deployment processes and keep environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) in sync.
- Use version control tools like Git and manage code releases.
- Work closely with other teams to make sure code is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure code quality with tests and security checks during deployment.
- Help and guide junior team members.

Skills You Need

- Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWC).
- nCino platform experience working with loan processes, objects, and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.
- Familiar with tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Able to write simple automation scripts (like in Python or Bash).
- Understand Agile tools like Jira.
