Role Description This is a remote Network Marketer role.

The Network

Marketer will build and expand AHAD’s supporter and donor network through multi-level marketing strategies, outreach campaigns, and referral programs. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging potential partners, presenting AHAD’s mission and programs, and maintaining robust relationships with existing supporters. The role involves coordinating online events and campaigns, collaborating with digital marketing teams, and delivering training sessions to new network members.

Marketer will track performance metrics,



optimize outreach approaches, and ensure that messaging aligns with AHAD’s humanitarian values.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Multi-level Marketing and relationship-based outreach.
- Strong Sales capabilities, including lead generation, presentations, and closing opportunities.
- Experience in Training and mentoring network members or teams.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and online engagement.
- Ability to manage Event Planning for online meetings, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with effective time management and self-organization.
- Familiarity with humanitarian or nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or contact management systems is beneficial.
- Relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
