- Communicate and coordinate designs and documentation with external vendors and internal technology-focused teams, including senior management.
- Lead the onboarding, deployment, and integration of Secure IoT firewalls into business-as-usual systems and processes.
- Lead operational support for multiple network security solutions including GCP cloud-native firewalls and Fortinet/Palo Alto solutions.
- Provide L3 operational support including incident management, troubleshooting advanced issues, and collaborating with internal and external technology teams/vendors.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure healthy and resilient infrastructure.
- Participate in off-hour operational on-call support when required.
- Create and supplement operational runbooks and documentation.
- Assist in knowledge transfer and training for global teams through recordings and documentation.
- Experience working in cloud environments.
- Scripting knowledge using:
- Shell scripting
- Python
- Ansible
- GitHub
- Data pipelines
- Third-party vendor API integrations
- Strong networking fundamentals:
- Routing
- Switching
- VLANs
- Experience with host security including iptables and host-based firewalls.
- Familiarity with change management and incident response techniques.

Experience Required
- 8–10 years of Network Security Administration experience.
- Financial Services industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent required.
