Are you a night owl who enjoys providing exceptional guest service and working independently? We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team. In this role, you will provide warm, skilled service to our overnight guests while ensuring the hotel is secure, guest accounts are accurate, and the business day is successfully closed and prepared for the day ahead.

Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience for guests throughout the overnight shift. Develop a strong knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, amenities, and other hotel properties to confidently assist guests and identify sales opportunities. Process and maintain guest accounts in accordance with hotel credit policies.

Complete the overnight audit, including posting room and tax charges, balancing guest accounts, and reconciling telephone, Food & Beverage, and other receipts. Perform required computer and system maintenance, including monthly database archives,



daily network preparation, and Food & Beverage Point of Sale month-end procedures. Troubleshoot system issues and report technical problems as required.

Maintain a visible and reassuring security presence throughout the hotel overnight. Conduct regular property patrols, respond to noise complaints, address unauthorized persons, and help protect hotel guests and property. Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.

Previous night audit or Front Office experience is considered an asset. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems and software. Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work overnight shifts.
