Matrix Camps & Logistics — Night Baker (Fly-in / Fly-out) Matrix Camps and Logistics is a national camp, logistics, and aviation management company serving clients across Canada. We’re currently hiring a Night Baker to join our team in remote camps (Various size camps / 30 -100 guests) across Canada. Bake from scratch (cookies, pies, bread, and seasonal baking) Help plan menus and contribute ideas for daily breakfast features Use FIFO inventory rotation and keep production organized Follow our Food Safety Plan (HACCP recording) and maintain safe food storage/labeling Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all safety procedures Participate in toolbox meetings and monthly worksite inspections Support the team through coaching, training,



and a robust day-to-day work ethic Minimum 2 seasons in a high-volume baking/catering role Level 1 First Aid (or equivalent 2-day course) — required Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer skills Comfortable working the night shift—including working alone at times Able to maintain performance during 12-hour shifts Fly-in / Fly-out position Paid commercial flights and hotels Paid travel days Paid travel day per diem Work locations: various remote camps throughout Canada #
