LandSea provides accommodation and catering solutions for workforces in remote locations throughout BC. Learn more about us on our website at About Working In Remote Camps Our camps are located in remote areas and staff live on-site on scheduled shifts and leave camp on scheduled breaks. Most of our LandSea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff.

Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical workday is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply. Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at LandSea.

Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces and require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Wages starting between $22.57 to $25.65 per hour Overtime pay Schedule: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on operational needs Rotation: 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off Travel Subsidy may be available for inbound and outbound travel Health and Wellness Benefits program available for full-time staff Meals and accommodation while working on site Company and team building events Opportunities for professional development such as continuous training and possible mentorship programs This camp is remote and located approximately 5 hours north of Terrace, BC. Our team organizes all logistics and travel for employees to get to and from camp.

Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and quality requirements. Monitor food inventory and notify management of supply needs. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products.



Support other kitchen staff as needed. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations after service. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Minimum 3-5 years' previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook, baker or similar role High production baking experience while maintaining a minimum of 70% scratch baking Knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques Food Safe Certification is an asset Speak, read and write English LandSea and site-specific Orientation and Health and Safety Criminal Record Check Clearance Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required LandSea Camp and Catering Services is proud to be part of the Aramark Canada family, a global leader in hospitality and support services. s nationwide network ?
