We're looking for a Nokia Fixed Network Solutions Engineer to lead the design, integration, and deployment of Nokia fixed access network products, with a robust focus on OLT and ONT platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Nokia services experience who's ready to take ownership of end-to-end fixed broadband network projects for our clients. Design and architect fixed access network solutions using Nokia 7360 ISAM FX OLT and 7362 ISAM ONT/ONU platforms Perform provisioning, configuration, testing, and turn-up of OLT/ONT equipment across GPON, XGS-PON, and VDSL2 vectoring line cards Develop low-level design (LLD)



documentation and network diagrams for fixed access deployments Collaborate with client engineering teams, project managers, and Nokia account teams throughout the project lifecycle Support capacity planning and network optimization for GPON/XGS-PON deployments Nokia Global Services, Professional Services, or Customer Services Delivery) with hands-on responsibility for fixed access deployments. Minimum 5 years of overall experience in fixed network/broadband access engineering Solid understanding of GPON/XGS-PON architectures and fixed access network protocols Experience with network integration, migration, and cutover planning Work on cutting-edge fixed network deployments with a growing multi-vendor systems integrator Opportunity to work alongside our in-house AI-powered NMS platform, launched to strong industry reception at UTC #
