Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations. This role provides leadership across sales, customer relationships, financial management, operations, and team development, ensuring the branch delivers strong business results while supporting a positive, high-performing culture.

Coach and support employees while setting clear expectations, building accountability, and developing individual and team performance.

Drive branch performance: Strengthen customer relationships: Build and maintain robust customer partnerships while delivering a consistently high level of service.

Manage financial results: Oversee budgets, expenses, and P&L; performance.

Manage inventory: Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize inventory investment, minimize variances, and support product availability. Identify opportunities to build capability, strengthen employee engagement, and support career development. Maintain a safe work environment through leadership, training, and accountability.

Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. Proven experience leading teams and managing branch or wholesale operations.



~ Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and engage employees while promoting accountability and high performance. ~ Solid financial acumen, including experience managing P&L; performance, budgets, and financial statements. ~ Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, employees, and internal stakeholders. ~ A practical, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. ~ Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Partner closely with regional leadership to influence branch strategy and performance.
