Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support Edmonton Airports' objectives. This includes campaign development, advertising, promotions, sales support, and partnership coordination.
Execute
High-Impact Campaigns – Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring strong performance, budget alignment, and partner satisfaction.
Full Campaign
Ownership – Manage every stage of campaign execution, including research, strategy, creative development, launch, optimization, and analysis. Optimize for Success – Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Event
Marketing & Activation – Support the planning and execution of events, in-terminal and around Edmonton, that enhance partner visibility, drive engagement, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in Marketing, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, demonstrating growth and success in the field.
Project Management: Robust project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and delivering marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
Experience in developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, including media buying and digital/social advertising.
Relationship Building: Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels—management, colleagues, partners and vendors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong understanding of Google Ads are valuable assets. Must secure and maintain appropriate airport security clearance and pass a clean criminal record check as conditions of employment. #
