- Conduct thorough assessments for wound and continence clients
- Develop and evaluate treatment plans in teamwork settings
- Provide mentorship to enhance skills of the nursing team
- Lead educational sessions on wound care techniques
- Collaborate across health services to streamline patient care

Requirements:

- NSWOCC WOC-EP program completion or equivalent
- Current RN certification in Ontario
- Preferred membership in NSWOC Canada
- Ability to travel and a valid driver's license
- Strong teaching ability and communication skills
