- Deliver primary health care services across the lifespan
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage chronic conditions
- Conduct same day access clinics as needed




- Apply harm reduction approaches in patient care
- Supervise and mentor medical learners when required Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing is essential
- Minimum two years as a Nurse Practitioner
- Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
