NURSE PRACTITIONER, FT FULL TIME GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE PRORGAM MAROTTA FAMILY HOSPITAL, ST.
POSTING DATE: 28 AUGUST 2026 WAGE RANGE: $ 69.960 TO $ 79.910 PER HOUR The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with the Niagara Health Hospitalist program. This role is responsible for ongoing assessment and management and planning for clients deemed appropriate/referred by Hospitalists initially at the Marotta Family Hospital on the in-patient units, rotating to other Niagara Health sites as required.
The Nurse
Practitioner is responsible for ongoing assessment, planning, management and treatment of patients within the complex care unit in collaboration with the Physicians.
The Nurse
Practitioner will report directly to the Site/Program Director.
The Nurse
Practitioner will provide leadership and promote excellence in patient-centered care through expert practice, education, consultation and research. The successful candidate will provide care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention and disease management through direct patient care, health promotion and education, outreach, advocacy and community development as required. Completion of Nurse Practitioner Program and a Masters of Science in Nursing from a recognized University Recent geriatric, primary care or acute care (RN or RN-EC)
