We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within our Special Care Services department.
You will play a crucial role in assessing and planning comprehensive care for clients facing physical or mental health challenges. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, your team-oriented efforts will help facilitate return-to-work programs and enhance the independence of severely injured workers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement healthcare services for injured workers
- Conduct onsite visits to review service provisions
- Support clinical discussions in team meetings
- Oversee complex health claims and return-to-work strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders on stay-at-work programs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum six years of clinical experience
- Valid B.C. driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the region
- Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
