Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Experience with geriatric rehab and ADP certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Successful completion of background checks and TB tests
