Role Description This is a full-time, on-site FLOWBACK & PRODUCTION TESTING role based in Canada & United States. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring flowback and production testing equipment, including separators, manifolds, and monitoring systems, in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. The individual will record and analyze flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and other data to support optimization of well performance and prepare accurate field reports for customers and internal teams.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production and drilling personnel, performing routine equipment checks and minor maintenance, and ensuring all operations comply with environmental and safety regulations. The role also includes supporting job planning, assisting in training less-experienced crew members.

Qualifications

- Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize field operations, allocate resources, and support efficient job execution.
- Solid Communication skills to coordinate with crews, clients, and supervisors, and to produce clear, accurate operational reports.
- Quality Control experience to verify equipment functionality, monitor test integrity, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Training experience to support onboarding, mentor team members, and contribute to safety and operational training initiatives.
- Relevant field experience in flowback, well testing, or oilfield production operations, preferably in a service-company environment.
- Working knowledge of production equipment, basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to troubleshoot common field issues.
- Commitment to safety, with familiarity in HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and use of PPE in field environments.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, lift moderate loads, and perform extended shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification or vocational training in oilfield operations is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to well sites in the Alberta and British Columbia regions
