As a Project Lead, you will be approximately 75% involved in physical tasks such as packing and organizing while dedicating 25% to leadership responsibilities.

You will guide the team, maintain workflow, and ensure project success while being directly involved with clients and their needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main in office contact during projects
- Mentor and guide your team on daily tasks
