As an Onboarding Coach, your primary responsibility will focus on crafting a structured induction process for new employees.

Responsibilities include coordinating training events, tracking vital metrics related to onboarding, and reporting findings to management. Utilize your instructional design skills to ensure that all training meets OSHA and ISO requirements while fostering retention through early engagement with recent hires. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive onboarding structure for new hires
- Organize and oversee training sessions and evaluations




- Track key indicators of attrition and training effectiveness
- Use data and feedback for continuous training improvements
- Ensure compliance with audit and training documentation standards

Requirements:

- Expertise in instructional design and facilitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) for tracking performance
- Excellent communication and coaching capabilities
- Adaptability to shift-based and fast-paced environments
- Understanding of compliance and auditing frameworks
