Provide exceptional care for cancer patients as an Oncology Registered Nurse at Sault Area Hospital. Utilize your expertise in chemotherapy and holistic nursing for optimal patient outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a focus on oncology.

This role requires integration of practice standards and competencies set by the Ontario College of Nurses and CANO. You’ll provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families throughout their cancer journey while actively participating in a team-oriented practice with oncologists. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide holistic nursing care for cancer patients and families
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and educate patients on care
- Guide patients through their treatment journey
- Ensure competency through professional development
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Certificate of competency in Ontario
- I.V.

certification and chemotherapy training

- Two years of acute patient care experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing education and practice
