Role Overview
Seeking detail-oriented individuals to assist with remote legal proceedings across Canada. This flexible, work-from-home position involves monitoring virtual meetings and capturing accurate notes for lawyers and tribunals. No prior legal background is necessary, as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and record virtual legal examinations via Zoom
- Draft accurate, real-time summaries and notes during proceedings
- Perform administrative tasks related to session documentation as needed
Position Details
- Hours: Flexible, casual basis (typically 1–2 days per week or biweekly)
- Location: 100% Remote (Canada)
- Onboarding: One mandatory single-day online training seminar before assignment deployment
Qualifications & Requirements
- High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
