Our client is searching for an experienced and visionary Online Learning Platform Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of their digital education platform. This remote role is critical for ensuring a seamless, engaging, and effective online learning experience for students worldwide. You will lead a team responsible for platform technology, content integration, user support, and strategic growth initiatives.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the online learning platform, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. Oversee the integration of course content, learning management systems (LMS), and other educational technologies. Develop and implement strategies for user engagement, retention, and satisfaction within the online environment.

Lead and mentor a team of technical support, content specialists, and platform administrators.



Analyze platform data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in online pedagogy. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing online learning platforms or educational technology systems. Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) and related educational software. Strong understanding of online pedagogy, instructional design principles, and user experience (UX).
