Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Pharmacist at our Marketplace Pharmacy location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan . Our pharmacy plays a vital role in the health and wellness of our community. We are currently seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team and help deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach. Partner with our committed team to provide a full range of pharmacy services. Promote quality improvements by identifying and addressing medication errors, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance pharmacy services.

Exercise professional judgement and practice within federal, and provincial, legal and regulatory requirements, Pharmacist Code of Conduct, NAPRA standards of practice, and Lake Country Co-op policies. Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and assistants. Manage inventory, ordering, and control of pharmaceuticals and supplies.

Support and follow the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, and training requirements. Reporting to the Pharmacy Team Leader, you will collaborate with a skilled pharmacy team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Together, you will ensure that every customer receives accurate prescriptions, trusted guidance, and a positive experience.

You are looking for a career in a progressive, patient-centred Pharmacy and: You have an accredited Pharmacy Degree with successful completion of Saskatchewan licensing requirements and are in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals. Co-operative Retailing System experience is deemed an asset.

You are fluent with Kroll Pharmacy Software and thrive on innovation and technology. You have an evident commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and continuous quality improvement. You have strong clinical, analytical, and technical skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
