Customer Service Administrator Employment Type: Full Time Taylor Steel Inc. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support across Quality, Production, Sales, and Purchasing while helping ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently. Coordinate quality-related activities, including production rejections, inspections, and non-conforming material.

Support customer and mill claims alongside the Technical Service Coordinator. Manage outside processing orders from quotation through reconciliation and costing. Maintain inventory records and process material transfers and production postings.

Support production scheduling by updating schedules and distributing production documentation. Prepare reports, analyze data, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. Provide cross-functional support and backup for other Customer Service functions as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). ~ Comfortable learning new software and internal systems. ~3–5 years of administrative experience in a professional business environment is considered an asset.
