Your primary focus will be on translating programme requirements into daily staffing and resource allocation, maximizing productivity and safety compliance. Collaborating with site operatives, recruitment, and training teams will be crucial to maintain high standards of operational performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate and manage workforce in line with operational needs
- Interface with site teams and the West Zone Manager regularly




- Track workforce performance and respond to immediate needs
- Ensure staffing levels are compliant and effective
- Maintain accurate records of workforce competencies and attendance

Requirements:

- Experience in planning and coordination in vegetation or rail sectors
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and performance standards
- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt
