- Partner with teams to execute telephony migration initiatives
- Gather requirements for telephony and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Develop high-level and detailed technical designs
- Support and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS services
- Participate in Agile and DevOps practices, promoting automation
Requirements:
- 2+ years supporting Microsoft Teams Telephony and AWS services
- Experience with Enterprise telephony concepts and call routing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of telephony provisioning and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
