Welcome to Gordon Food Service! Here's a quick glance of who we are and the impact you could have on the food service industry. Providing admin service for Sales Service Drivers and maintaining records for the Transportation department.

Sunday to Thursday 1pm-9pm ~ Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and EFAP Benefits after 30 days of employment ~ Compiles weekly paperwork for Transportation employees and submits to payroll to ensure accurate pay on time. Answers incoming calls and emails to resolve problems or concerns for Drivers/Reps/Customers.

Provide Sales Service

Drivers and helpers with the necessary paperwork and assets for completing their daily tasks Keys control (Tractor & Store) Record keeping of assets coming in and out of the office Communicating late routes via email to sales/customer care/transportation/ELT Highlight and record concerns and issues through the Customer & Driver Experience Tracker Adhere to the policies and procedures of Gordon Food Service Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned Excellent organization skills and time management in dealing with multiple projects and deadlines Flexible to work Weekends and Stat holidays as required.
