The Operations
Coordinator plays an significant role in the day-to-day operations of the regional offices. They are the point of contact and handle a wide variety of customer support tasks. They support the CRS and also act as the primary liaison for on-site support and with technology support at the regional office level.
We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator. This position requires being in the office 4 days a week from the office in Pointe Claire, QC. Act as the primary point of contact for dealing with clients at the front desk, on the phone and through the general email inbox Provide support in the office for mailings, faxes and emails, as well as general oversight (multi-function devices, supplies, troubleshooting, PRA, fire safety plan, communications with the building manager, etc.) Provide general business support (forms, inquiries, finding an advisor) Manage the continuing education unit process (certificates, mailing, file, etc.) Produce basic reports for management and the team as required Provide general support for activities taking place in the office Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
Understand the operations of a sales organization Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to learn new technologies Demonstrate an aptitude for establishing strong collaborative relationships with multiple business partners at the regional and national levels Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English) Respond quickly to customer and business partner requests with tact, courtesy and patience Demonstrate a proactive approach, showing initiative towards process improvement and individual development Possess a strong sense of organization as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
