Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant Position Title: Housekeeping Attendant Department: Operations Report to Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager Manage: Nil Portfolio Focus: Cleaner will perform daily cleaning of the floors throughout the Conference Center. Cleaning and maintaining the floors in all common areas as well as properly maintaining all equipment. Cleans common area floors and other areas as per contract requirements.

Key requirements:Availability as per event requirements, including weekends and holidays.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.Prior cleaning experience preferred; training will be provided for specialized duties.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Duties and Responsibilities:Conference event and meeting site cleanup across multiple areas: meeting rooms, banquet halls, washrooms, and garbage disposalAuto scrub building hallways; wipe entry/exit doors, walls of hallways,



and garbage roomClean and maintain common areasParkade cleaningPressure washing exterior surfaces as required (with proper safety measures)Strip and wax floors; carpet cleaning as neededBuilding exterior high-level glass cleaning (to be performed with appropriate fall protection and equipment)Follow daily cleaning schedules, maintain cleaning logs, and report any maintenance or safety issuesEnsure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals; maintain inventory and request supplies as needed Administration (10% Time Spent) Complete all applicable incident report forms as required. Complete all equipment maintenance and logs.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities: High dusting duties as required.

Other reasonable requests. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Education: Ability to safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.

Ability to physically perform the duties of the position.

Ability to attend work on a regular, on-going, consistent basis.

Ability to understand and implement all policies and procedures as they relate to the janitorial work to be performed.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.

Must be able to perform all cleaning tasks.
