About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and effective Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of their NGO in Kimberley . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization, including resource management, logistics, and administrative support, enabling the team to focus on their core mission. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the NGO, including administrative, logistical, and financial support functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational standards.




- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an NGO or non-profit setting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and logistics effectively.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and familiarity with NGO operational requirements.
