- Set up and manage online data collection questionnaires, including scheduling for in-store representatives
- Oversee and implement questionnaire updates with the Client Service Team to ensure timely and accurate deployment
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits and correct data issues
- Maintain and update the Excel Master Database, including store and product lists
- Produce and manage weekly and monthly Excel reports for internal teams and clients
- Identify data discrepancies, communicate findings to program leaders, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Client Service Team and Shared Services teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Address and resolve operational issues while balancing customer satisfaction with data quality requirements
- Develop, document, and share best practices, templates, analytical approaches, and reporting methodologies
- Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements

- Valid work permit for a minimum of one year from the employment start date (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Completion of a live Excel skills assessment
- Previous experience in a retail or merchandising setting is considered an asset
- Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
- Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods




- Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
- Ability to occasionally reach, bend, or stoop to access files or office materials
