The Property Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple residential properties owned and/or managed by CLV Group, ensuring properties are secure, well-maintained, and operated efficiently.
Responsibilities will include, at a minimum: Overseeing daily property operations, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall building condition
- Conducting regular inspections to identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and required repairs
- Coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs to building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, fire protection, and security systems
- Managing and supervising work performed by in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors
- Coordinating contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, maintenance, and building improvement projects
- Working closely with Property Managers to address operational and resident concerns
- Ensuring properties comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Reviewing quotations, invoices, and project costs while supporting operating and capital budgets
- Responding to building emergencies and coordinating appropriate resources when required; and Performing all other duties as requested. Must Haves ~3+ years of experience in property operations, facilities management, residential property management, or a similar role; ~ Experience with general residential construction and building repairs; ~ Strong knowledge of building maintenance and mechanical systems; ~ Experience supervising employees and managing contractors; ~ Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ~ Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment; ~ Proficiency with MS Office; ~ Knowledge of Yardi property management software is considered an asset; ~ Familiarity with applicable residential tenancy legislation is considered an asset; and ~ English and French communication skills are considered a strong asset.

Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, Must be able to travel between properties as required
- Must be available to respond to emergencies during normal operating hours; and Participation in an after-hours rotational emergency response team may be required
