Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring aTerminal Operator, on a permanent basis at our Fertilizer Terminal in Hanley, SK.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Fertilizer Terminal.
- Monitor & operate terminal equipment to load/unload product.
- Perform general housekeeping in buildings & terminal grounds.
- Monitor & manage quality controls (e.g., oiling dusty product), screen outbound & inbound, run conditioners, & clean/maintain equipment & work floors.
- Participate in safety meetings, plant inspections, & task observations.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of relevant experience (mobile equipment or agriculture experience is an asset).
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, comfortable with heights up to 140 ft, & working in dusty environments.




- Robust communication & people skills with mechanical aptitude in terminal maintenance & repair.
- Knowledge of fertilizer/agriculture products is an asset.
- Mobile equipment certifications & first aid are assets.

Benefits & Compensation

- A wage range of $23.00 - $35.00 per hour based on qualifications.
