P&H; Milling is Canada’s largest Canadian-owned milling company, producing high-quality flour and cereal products for bakeries, food manufacturers, and consumers. From coast to coast, we transform Canadian wheat into trusted products that feed families at home and abroad. We are seeking a Utility Operator to join our Milling team.

This role is responsible or executing daily and weekly sanitation tasks around the facility, receiving wheat and performing quality tests as well as assisting with daily operations of the mill as needed. We operate on a rotating continental shift schedule ( 2 weeks on the day shift / 2 weeks on the night shift).

Shifts typically include: Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals,



Assist with the management and monitoring of the Integrated Pest Management Inspect and perform required testing of all wheat to ensure specifications are met, Complete all wheat receiving reports, weigh scale tickets and inspection sheets, Record daily wheat receiving information into ERP system, Report any food safety, product quality and/or food security incidents to the QA Department, Ensure HACCP, GMP and Company policies and procedures are followed, Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an asset. Shipping/Receiving experience an asset.
