Key Responsibilities

- Weigh and prepare raw materials
- Operate rubber production machines (mixer/mill)
- Inspect parts produced to ensure their quality and compliance
- Comply with occupational health and safety guidelines at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness of all equipment necessary for machine operation
- Possibly operate a forklift for the receiving/shipping department or for production

Position Details

- Permanent full‑time position
- Shifts: day, evening, night, and FDS (must be available for all shifts)
- Salary: $28.25/hour starting
- Shift premium: $1.75/hour for evening shift, $2.75/hour for night shift
