This role requires a dynamic individual to enhance OTT Pay’s partnerships with Independent Software Vendors and Value-Added Resellers. You will develop business strategies, support partner enablement, and drive technical integration initiatives while measuring partner performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand ISV/VAR partnerships
- Identify and onboard new partner opportunities
- Create training and marketing resources for partners
- Collaborate on technical API and integration support
- Measure and optimize partnership performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of fintech partner management experience
- 8+ years in Sales or Sales Operations
- Solid familiarity with payment systems and integrations
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
