Our private client is seeking a Product Manager to drive wealth and insurance data integrations using APIs, SFTP feeds, and canonical schemas Join a team building a CRM and AI operating system for wealth management focused on becoming the single source of truth for client financial data. This role owns the integration roadmap across custodians, back-office platforms, aggregators, exchanges, carriers, and enterprise data lakes while defining schemas, mappings, and data acquisition methods. The position supports high-impact integration pilots and partner evaluations where many source systems are undocumented or inconsistent.

The environment combines product ownership, data integration strategy, and hands-on collaboration with Engineering. Permanent, Vancouver, Working Hours: PST Must Haves 3–6 years driving B2B SaaS or financial services integrations as a product manager, integration analyst, or solutions consultant End-to-end delivery of external partner integrations including data evaluation, acquisition planning, and production rollout Fluency with APIs , SFTP feeds , schemas, mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and authentication Experience reading partner specifications and collaborating directly with Engineering teams Nice to Have Familiarity with Canadian investment or insurance data movement across custodians, back-office and wealth platforms, carriers, and MGAs Exposure to NBIN, Fidelity Clearing Canada, Croesus, Univeris, Dataphile, NDEX, Fundserv, APEXA, iPipeline/WealthServ, Wealthica,
