Our client is seeking a Engineering Manager to lead CRM product delivery using C#, .NET, Azure, and Agile/Scrum Join a CRM software organization supporting large-scale product development and customer implementations across cloud and on-premise environments. This role leads engineering teams delivering CRM product features on the Microsoft stack while driving Agile and Scrum operating rhythms. The position includes ownership of hiring, team development, performance management, and AI tool adoption aligned with security and compliance requirements.

Must Haves 5+ years managing and developing software engineering teams , including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development Strong technical background with C# , .NET , and Azure Delivery leadership across Agile and Scrum environments Track record supporting development of complex systems or rapid-growing systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Experience optimizing AI tool usage for productivity and quality Nice to Have Exposure to security and compliance requirements related to AI tool adoption Background supporting CRM product delivery and customer implementations Responsibilities Lead and manage an engineering team delivering CRM product features and customer implementations on the Microsoft stack Establish Agile and Scrum operating rhythms across planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineers Set goals and expectations for the engineering team Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback,
