About the Opportunity We are looking for motivated Outbound B2B Sales Representatives to help grow our GPS fleet tracking business. This role is focused on finding new business customers, making outbound calls, following up by email, speaking with decision-makers, booking demonstrations, and closing new accounts. Phone and email outreach will be the primary sales methods.

However, if you identify a strong potential client and find that phone or email is becoming a bottleneck, you should also be comfortable visiting the business in person to introduce yourself, connect with the decision-maker, and move the opportunity forward. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to prospective businesses Prospect companies operating fleets of cars, vans, trucks, trailers, and equipment Contact prospects by phone and email Speak with business owners, fleet managers, operations managers, and decision-makers Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities Present our GPS fleet tracking solutions Book product demonstrations and sales appointments Follow up consistently with prospects Build and manage your own sales pipeline Maintain sales activity in our CRM Close new business accounts Visit prospective clients in person when phone or email outreach is becoming a bottleneck Build long-term relationships with business customers What You’ll Be Selling Our GPS fleet tracking solutions help businesses: Track vehicles in real time Monitor driver behaviour Reduce speeding and excessive idling Create geofences and automated alerts Review routes and trip history Improve dispatching and fleet visibility Monitor vehicles, trailers, and equipment Improve employee productivity Reduce operating costs Improve overall fleet accountability Who We’re Looking For Strong outbound sales and communication skills Comfortable making cold calls Comfortable reaching out by email Confident speaking with business owners and managers Willing to visit prospects in person when needed Self-motivated and results-driven Strong follow-up skills Comfortable generating your own opportunities Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline Comfortable working independently Motivated by commission and earning potential Previous B2B outbound sales experience is preferred.

Experience with GPS tracking, fleet management, SaaS, telecommunications, transportation, logistics, automotive, commercial vehicles, outside sales, or similar industries is an asset.

Compensation Options Depending on experience and availability, we are hiring for: Part-Time + Commission Part-time hours with commission earned on new business generated and closed. Full-Time + Commission Full-time position with commission earned based on sales performance. Commission-Based Only Flexible commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
