Lethbridge School Division seeks an Outreach Teacher for the CYDP Hospital/Day Program, offering one-on-one or small group instruction to students in grades 6–12. The role operates in a regional hospital setting, supporting paediatric unit learners and clients in Recovery Alberta CYDP.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, coordinate with home schools, and design learning and coping strategies to promote engagement and a smooth return to the home
