Account Executive – HVAC |Montreal

We’re recruiting for an experienced HVAC sales professional to take ownership of a key territory covering Montreal

This is a true outside sales/business development role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing new relationships and winning business. You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the market, working directly with HVAC contractors, builders and key industry decision-makers.

What you’ll be doing:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors and builders
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Grow existing accounts while expanding market share
- Recruit and develop new authorized dealers
- Represent the organization at HVAC industry events and associations
- Track pipeline,



sales and territory performance using Salesforce

What we’re looking for:

- Proven outside sales or business development experience
- Strong HVAC and/or construction industry knowledge
- Demonstrated success winning new business and growing a territory
- Robust relationships within the HVAC contractor market are a definite asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory

Territory: Montreal City

Compensation: Commission-based
