Serve those in need by becoming an Overnight Shelter Support Staff at Siloam Mission in Winnipeg. In this vital position, you'll be active with community members during twelve-hour overnight shifts, addressing immediate needs while incorporating a Housing-Focused approach.
You'll utilize behavioral and trauma-informed practices to assist individuals facing homelessness. A key aspect of your role will be collaborating with diverse populations and adhering to Siloam's core values. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support to shelter residents every night
- Ensure safety through active monitoring and assessment
- Complete incident reports and maintain daily logs

Requirements:
- Diploma in social services or relevant experience
