Responsibilities

- Review the Daily Production Schedule and work orders at the start of shift to ensure that all packaging materials are available.
- Review production schedule to ensure that all work orders are available at the exit end work station.
- Review all work orders to ensure all packaging instructions and special instructions are being followed.
- Visually inspect the strip during the first 100 feet, the middle 100 feet and the last 100 feet for any defects and record on Exit Operator's report.
- Notify the Line Operator and Foreman when defects are encountered. Record all defects on Exit Operator's Report.
- Stay up to date on all 24/7 training modules.
- Analyze every job and reduce the hazards as much as possible before starting.

Education and Certificates

- High School education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

- Effective time management skills, able to work as a member of a team.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Drive, determination and ability to work both independently with little direction and as part of a team.
